execution of strategic and operational initiatives for Teyaseer, with a focus on championing the needs and goals of key partners, Aldar and ADHA. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintain governance and operational efficiency, and drive transformation across various business functions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives for Teyaseer, ensuring alignment with Aldar and ADHA\u2019s objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage multiple initiatives from Aldar and ADHA, ensuring that Teyaseer is prepared to scale and effectively handle increasing requests while meeting deadlines. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership to curate and implement key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Foster collaboration and synergy across leadership and departments, aligning efforts and enhancing communication to achieve unified business outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact between Teyaseer and key partners (Aldar and ADHA) to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and met. <\/li>\n<li>Manage communication with internal teams and key stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly. <\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor project progress across the portfolio and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, assess, and manage business risks while developing strategies to mitigate and reduce potential impacts on project delivery and business outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Lead business change efforts by establishing communication plans and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure all employees are informed and aligned. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless implementation and effective outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Establish robust governance frameworks to monitor and measure KPIs and metrics across projects and business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously review, inspect, and optimize business processes to maintain high levels of efficiency, leveraging data and insights for decision-making. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for digital transformation and optimization across the business. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Years of Experience <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience program management, project delivery, or transformation roles, preferably within the real estate, construction, or corporate services industry. <\/li>\n<li>Min of 2+ years in a similar managerial position. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Technical and Interpersonal Skills <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in leading large-scale program delivery and transformation initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in risk management, governance, and performance optimization. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of governance, performance management, and business process optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams in complex environments. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality results. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Qualifications <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree or relevant certifications preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>
