Lead-Quantity Audit Manager responsible for governance, compliance, stakeholder management, and team oversight to ensure cost controls and financial governance across all post\u2011contract activities. <\/p>\n

Managerial Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal cost control frameworks, audit protocols, and financial governance across all post\u2011contract activities. <\/li>\n
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with Development, Finance, and Project Delivery teams to align cost control objectives with project and corporate goals. <\/li>\n
  • Team Oversight: Lead and mentor cost engineers or quantity surveyors assigned to post\u2011contract works, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Direct Functional Responsibilities <\/h3>\n

    • Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual costs vs. budget across all packages, prepare monthly cost reports, and flag deviations with root\u2011cause analysis. <\/li>\n
    • Change Management: Evaluate and validate contractor claims, variations, and change orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms and budget impact. <\/li>\n
    • Forecasting & Cash Flow: Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections based on committed and anticipated expenditures. <\/li>\n
    • Final Account Closure: Lead the reconciliation and closure of final accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented. <\/li>\n
    • System & Data Integrity: Maintain cost data accuracy in ERP or cost management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Candy, or bespoke platforms). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
