The Director, Enterprise Field Sales will be responsible for their team&#8217;s development and ability to effectively sell Alteryx solutions. Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect or customer&#8217;s business environment and needs and apply the business value of Alteryx is essential to success in this role. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for achieving revenue growth across all revenue channels for Alteryx <\/li>\n<li>Execute growth plans, including sales, consulting services, and education services <\/li>\n<li>Coach sales team on the company-adopted sales methodologies to assure value is experienced quickly by prospects and customers <\/li>\n<li>Joins sales teams in the field on joint sales calls <\/li>\n<li>Sets and reviews performance and sales goals of sales team <\/li>\n<li>Works with sales teams to meet KPIs and goals in day-to-day performance, sales, and increased product knowledge <\/li>\n<li>Conducts group Quarterly Business Reviews <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for recruitment and hiring of staff <\/li>\n<li>Directs enterprise sales opportunities including implementation plans, which include the coordination of internal and\/or external professional services <\/li>\n<li>Interprets and adheres to sales policies and advises sales teams in the handling of these policies <\/li>\n<li>Delivers timely and accurate sales forecasts to management <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services, Oil &#038; Gas, Public Sector, Retail and Telco preferable and experience selling into GCC and\/or MENA markets <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 10 years of experience in software sales <\/li>\n<li>4+ years experience managing sales teams of 5-7 <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to motivate team members <\/li>\n<li>Success in small\/fast-growing company environments <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in successfully achieving a sales target <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high transaction environment specifically in the Software industry <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Bachelors degree <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position involves access to software\/technology that is subject to U.S. export controls.
