As a key member of the senior leadership team, the FD will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business performance analysis. This role requires a commercially driven finance leader with deep expertise in the retail industry and an understanding of the Middle East market. <\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic Financial Leadership <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial Planning &#038; Analysis (FP&#038;A) <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning. <\/li>\n<li>Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize business performance and manage risks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS). <\/li>\n<li>Oversee external audits and tax filings. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash Flow &#038; Working Capital Management <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage liquidity and working capital to ensure financial stability and support business growth. <\/li>\n<li>Implement cash flow strategies to enhance financial efficiency and optimize resource allocation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Develop and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Partnering &#038; Strategic Decision Support <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide financial leadership and guidance to business units, supporting investment and expansion decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the finance function supports the company\u2019s commercial and operational objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in the retail sector). <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the retail industry, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and multi-channel retailing in the Middle East. <\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management in a dynamic, high-growth environment. <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial system implementation. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS reporting standards. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders and present insights clearly. <\/li>\n<li>Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen and a focus on driving growth and operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is required;
