The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing engineering and commercial contracts ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and organizational standards. <\/p>\n<p>You will work closely with procurement, engineering, legal, finance and project management teams to ensure the smooth cost\u2011effective and compliant delivery of goods, services and projects. commercial contracts (EPC, SLAs, AMCs, supply agreements). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE government standards, legal requirements and company policies. <\/li>\n<li>Manage contract renewals, amendments, extensions and closure documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Negotiation &#038; Vendor Relations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, vendors and service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Support pre\u2011award and post\u2011award activities for technical and commercial teams. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and manage supplier\/contractor performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk Monitoring &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a centralized contract database and ensure accurate documentation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Analysis &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare periodic reports on contract status, deviations, KPIs, risks and performance indicators. <\/li>\n<li>Provide insights to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support knowledge transfer and training for junior staff. <\/li>\n<li>Promote innovation, continuous improvement and excellence. Electrical, Civil or similar). <\/li>\n<li>Preferred: Masters degree in Contract Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Commercial Law. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree: 48 years of experience in contract management (preferably EPC). <\/li>\n<li>Masters degree: 24 years of experience in contract management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms and risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and drafting skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication and problem\u2011solving abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of pricing models, cost structures and payment terms.
