As a VP Emiratisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the representation of Emiratis in our organization. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive Emiratisation strategy in line with the company&#8217;s goals and objectives <\/li>\n<li>Identify and partner with local organizations and government agencies to attract and recruit Emirati talent <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions to create internship and training programs for Emirati students <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure Emirati candidates are considered for all job openings <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the long-term success and growth of Emirati employees within the organization <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on the progress of Emiratisation initiatives and make recommendations for improvement <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations related to Emiratisation and ensure compliance <\/li>\n<li>Serve as a mentor and advocate for Emirati employees, providing support and guidance for their career growth and development <\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at Emiratisation events and conferences to promote our commitment to Emiratisation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in Emiratisation or diversity and inclusion roles <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of local culture and labor laws related to Emiratisation <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully implementing Emiratisation strategies and initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and mentoring skills <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to Emiratisation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
