This role is integral to driving growth, client servicing and strategic risk management in the construction sector throughout the IMEA region encompassing infrastructure, oil &#038; gas, petrochemical and power industries. You will lead client engagements, leverage your expertise to build and maintain client relationships and contribute significantly to Marsh\u2019s regional success. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Client Servicing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently manage large complex construction projects and lead the team in developing go\u2011to\u2011market strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in a deep understanding of the client\u2019s strategic priorities, offering tailored advice on risk strategies, insurance and contractual matters. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize industry expertise to assess client exposures and recommend solutions for complex risk management needs. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee renewal and placement strategies across multiple zones. <\/li>\n<li>Present innovative solutions to clients and work closely with teams to attract new projects and clients. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure high\u2011quality deliverables and oversee placement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive revenue growth by actively maintaining a sales funnel and nurturing relationships across the IMEA region. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue prospective clients ensuring a robust and refreshed pipeline. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, respond to tenders and participate in client presentations to secure new business. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with country leaders and business development teams to capitalize on regional opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Organise and participate in thought\u2011leadership events promoting Marsh\u2019s expertise in construction risk management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Broking and Placement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and process client exposure information, draft and submit placement documents and coordinate with underwriters. <\/li>\n<li>Present terms to clients, guide placement decisions and negotiate with insurers and reinsurers as necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of placement and deliverables. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>General Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a thought leader staying informed on industry developments and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor and develop a high\u2011performing team of construction professionals. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the practice at industry events and maintain compliant business practices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills and Experience <\/h3>\n<h3>Essential Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15 years of experience in a senior client\u2011facing role within the construction\/engineering advisory industry. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction contracts, insurance and risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in client engagement and relationship building both with clients and internal teams. <\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with a focus on long\u2011term client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to navigate complex risk and insurance discussions. <\/li>\n<li>Organised and detail\u2011oriented with strong problem\u2011solving capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving high standards. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in the construction insurance industry in a senior client\u2011facing role with a track record of leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of regional markets and regulations across the IMEA region; additional language skills are an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel regionally as needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join Marsh <\/h3>\n<p>At Marsh you\u2019ll be part of a global leader in insurance and risk advisory services with a commitment to innovation, growth and professional development.
