{"id":75389,"date":"2026-04-13T14:40:47","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T10:40:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/svp-head-of-pricing-and-value-proposition\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T14:40:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T10:40:48","slug":"svp-head-of-pricing-and-value-proposition","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/svp-head-of-pricing-and-value-proposition\/","title":{"rendered":"SVP Head of Pricing and Value Proposition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2959626<\/p>\n<p><p>Maximizing product\/portfolio profitability by driving sophisticated pricing models and value propositions across all Retail products and client segments (Elite Islamic and Mass). <\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will pay a key role in ensuring the attractiveness of FABs retail products to drive new to bank sales volume &#038; revenue while also focusing on optimizing the profitability of the existing client portfolio. <\/p>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on establishing clear differentiation of FAB products services and features amid a highly competitive banking market <\/li>\n<li>Champion a Client Lifetime Value (CLTV) model in cooperation with the Analytics team to create a concrete framework that will steer Pricing and Value Propositions for CBG. <\/li>\n<li>Create sophisticated pricing methodologies\/models using advanced concepts (e.g. behavioral pricing) to optimize profitability <\/li>\n<li>Develop pricing sensitivity models to support Product teams in product design &#038; positioning <\/li>\n<li>Drive crosssell and deepsell making use of concepts like bundling to increase revenue <\/li>\n<li>Drive regular leads assignment and monitoring <\/li>\n<li>Develop attractive value propositions based on client profiles\/segments to increase engagement <\/li>\n<li>Engage with the broader Everyday Banking Product\/Credit Cards team to introduce value propositions aimed at attracting target client bases to the bank <\/li>\n<li>Key collaborator with the marketing team to deliver product campaigns as part of the annual calendar as well as any necessary adhoc campaigns to support retail business growth <\/li>\n<li>Ensure frontline staff training and awareness of value propositions <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Digital Transformation and Customer Experience on process improvement and transformation initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Drive customer value directly engage with internal and external stakeholders to support onboarding and customer engagement solutions acquisition journeys mobile and internet bank services loyalty platforms etc. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate innovation planning research feasibility POV UI\/UX Design business case acceptance\/signoff testing implementation communication and maintenance for priority digital journeys.
