This is a high-impact, board-facing role where you will establish robust frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment, strong risk oversight, and best-in-class data protection practices as the business scales. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and evolve the firm\u2019s regulatory compliance framework in line with VARA requirements <\/li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory developments across VARA, CBUAE, and SCA <\/li>\n<li>Drive the compliance monitoring programme, including control testing <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting <\/li>\n<li>Oversee third-party compliance and outsourcing frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison with regulators on non-AML matters <\/li>\n<li>Advise senior leadership and the Board on regulatory risk and obligations <\/li>\n<li>Manage registers (conflicts of interest, insider trading) and coordinate audits <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and own the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework <\/li>\n<li>Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and maintain the risk register <\/li>\n<li>Deliver Board-level reporting on risk exposure, appetite, and emerging risks <\/li>\n<li>Oversee operational risks across technology, credit, market, and liquidity <\/li>\n<li>Monitor KRIs and elevate key issues to senior stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Protection <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws and VARA requirements <\/li>\n<li>Manage data processing registers and conduct DPIAs for new initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Oversee data subject requests and breach notification processes <\/li>\n<li>Advise on data governance, consent, and cross-border data transfers <\/li>\n<li>Partner with the CISO on security-related data protection matters <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory roles within financial services, fintech, or digital assets <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UAE regulatory landscape with VARA exposure <\/li>\n<li>Experience building frameworks in a growing or evolving organisation <\/li>\n<li>Confident operating at Board and senior management level <\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-04-01 07:25:30<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1352],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-75512","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-finance-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1352":"Finance, Management &amp;
