<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Developing and implementing SMM strategy: <\/b> Create and execute a comprehensive approach to brand promotion across social media platforms. <\/li>\n<li><b>Leading the SMM team: <\/b> Manage a team of content creators copywriters and designers to deliver highquality content and campaigns. <\/li>\n<li><b>Expanding into new regions: <\/b> Develop strategies for scaling social media presence into international markets. <\/li>\n<li><b>Creating marketing funnels: <\/b> Build mechanisms to attract audiences increase engagement and drive conversions into sales. <\/li>\n<li><b>Content planning: <\/b> Participate in content planning developing themes and formats for posts. <\/li>\n<li><b>Analyzing metrics: <\/b> Monitor key performance indicators (reach engagement conversions) and optimize them. <\/li>\n<li><b>Paid promotion tools: <\/b> Launch and test advertising campaigns on social media platforms. <\/li>\n<li><b>Collaborations and partnerships: <\/b> Identify and implement crossmarketing activities with other brands and influencers. <\/li>\n<li><b>Reputation management: <\/b> Monitor reviews and mentions engage with the community to maintain a positive brand image. <\/li>\n<li><b>Process optimization: <\/b> Automate SMM processes and implement new tools for the efficient functioning of the team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What We Expect from You <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>45 years of experience in SMM and digital marketing with at least 12 years in a leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English at B2C1 level ability to communicate effectively on international markets. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of marketing funnels and their implementation in social media. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with social media analytics ability to analyze data and optimize content strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter Telegram LinkedIn Instagram TikTok YouTube). <\/li>\n<li>Team management skills ability to structure processes and increase team efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with influencers and partners understanding how to integrate the brand into content naturally. <\/li>\n<li>Content marketing skills knowledge of how to create content that resonates with the audience. <\/li>\n<li>Awareness of digital marketing trends ability to quickly adapt to new algorithms and promotional mechanics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If youre ready to lead an innovative team and drive impactful social media strategies wed love to have you on board!
