MEP Building Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2960064<\/p>\n<p><h3>General <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Director with the following: <\/li>\n<li>MEP project delivery <\/li>\n<li>Client satisfaction <\/li>\n<li>Job profitability <\/li>\n<li>Job cash flow <\/li>\n<li>Project quality <\/li>\n<li>Technical content of projects <\/li>\n<li>QAQC of projects <\/li>\n<li>Be experienced and proficient at:\n<ul>\n<li>Presenting to clients <\/li>\n<li>Preparing client\/project proposals <\/li>\n<li>Negotiating fee proposals and requesting additional fees where possible <\/li>\n<li>Overseeing recruitment of staff <\/li>\n<li>Resolving staff issues <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical \/ Project Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have the capacity to be responsible for the technical content of submissions and to define process to achieve the required results. <\/li>\n<li>Have the capacity to define design process and standardisation of documentation including calculations specifications reports. <\/li>\n<li>Have the capacity to lead MEP on high profile projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QAQC <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have the capacity to define processes to effectively implement QAQC including collating lessons learned and devising methods of sharing information. <\/li>\n<li>Involved in the QAQC process by validating packages delivered by the MEP team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Line Management &#038; Mentoring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for line management of respective team management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivate associate directors associates and respective team members. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Training and Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for defining T&#038;D processes and identifying training programmes for staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client relations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Be point of contact for dispute resolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Commercial <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Major project performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Director with developing strategies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Plan <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Director with implementing the business plan. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Decision Making <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional Director in the decisionmaking process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Health &#038;
