Operating Model <\/h3>\n<p>Define and execute the TA strategy aligned to business growth targets and workforce planning. <\/p>\n<p>Build a scalable recruiting operating rhythm (weekly funnel reviews, forecasting, hiring governance). <\/p>\n<h3>Delivery Leadership <\/h3>\n<p>Own full\u2011cycle hiring across priority functions, with hands\u2011on leadership for business\u2011critical roles. <\/p>\n<p>Drive structured interviews, scorecards, bar\u2011raising, and fast decision\u2011making. <\/p>\n<h3>Forex Hiring Expertise (Critical) <\/h3>\n<p>Lead hiring for Forex\u2011relevant roles such as: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales (IB \/ Partners, B2C \/ B2B Sales), Retention \/ Account Management <\/li>\n<li>Dealing \/ Trading Operations support, Client Services <\/li>\n<li>Marketing \/ Performance Marketing (where relevant), Product \/ Tech \/ Analytics (optional scope) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Understand market talent pools, compensation dynamics, and competitor landscapes in Forex. <\/p>\n<h3>Risk, Compliance, AML \/ KYC, Payments \/ Fraud <\/h3>\n<p>Marketing \/ Performance Marketing (where relevant), Product \/ Tech \/ Analytics (optional scope) <\/p>\n<p>Understand market talent pools, compensation dynamics, and competitor landscapes in Forex. <\/p>\n<h3>Sourcing &#038; Pipeline Generation <\/h3>\n<p>Build proactive sourcing strategies (talent mapping, competitor mapping, referral programs, talent communities). <\/p>\n<p>Reduce agency reliance and improve cost\u2011per\u2011hire through in\u2011house capability. <\/p>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<p>Partner with leadership and hiring managers as a trusted advisor\u2014aligning role design, leveling, and hiring priorities. <\/p>\n<p>Implement interview training to increase signal quality and consistency. <\/p>\n<h3>Analytics &#038; Optimization <\/h3>\n<p>Build dashboards and lead decisions using TA metrics: time\u2011to\u2011fill, time\u2011to\u2011hire, offer acceptance, pipeline conversion, quality signals, attrition insights. <\/p>\n<p>Run post\u2011hire quality reviews and continuously improve funnel performance. <\/p>\n<h3>TA Tech Stack &#038; Process Excellence <\/h3>\n<p>Own ATS \/ CRM usage, automation, and data hygiene; standardize workflows, SLAs, and candidate communications. <\/p>\n<h3>Employer Brand <\/h3>\n<p>Strengthen EVP and messaging for Forex talent markets; partner with Marketing \/ Comms on targeted hiring campaigns. <\/p>\n<h3>What Success Looks Like (First 90\u2013180 Days) <\/h3>\n<p>Deliver against priority hiring plan with clear weekly forecasting and pipeline visibility. <\/p>\n<p>Standardize structured interviews, scorecards, and hiring SLAs across functions. <\/p>\n<p>Build talent maps for top competitor clusters and launch proactive sourcing motions. <\/p>\n<p>Reduce time\u2011to\u2011fill and improve offer acceptance through optimized process and messaging. <\/p>\n<h3>Compensation &#038;
