We\u2019re looking for an ambitious Associate Master Planner to join our global team, supporting the delivery of transformative master planning projects and helping to expand our presence in the UAE market and support a number of recent project wins. <\/p>\n<p>As a key member of our master planning team, you\u2019ll lead bids, manage complex master planning assignments, and engage directly with clients to communicate design vision and value with clarity and impact. You\u2019ll bring creativity, technical excellence, and strong storytelling skills to articulate ideas that inspire and deliver results. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Focus Areas <\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll help our industrial clients plan and design their next\u2011generation assets across three Master Planning core service areas: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning \u2013 Develop area\u2011wide strategic plans, place\u2011economics strategies, and guide site selection through spatial analysis and multi\u2011criteria frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Design \u2013 Lead the creation of concept and detailed master plans for industrial projects, non\u2011process infrastructure, worker accommodations, and commercial ports. <\/li>\n<li>Landscape \u2013 Contribute to landscape strategies and plans that integrate nature\u2011based solutions, enhancing environmental performance and resilience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualification \u2013 Requirement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in development infrastructure and master planning, with a track record of delivering complex projects across EMEA. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in architecture or urban planning with a masters in urban design. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead strategic and concept industrial master plans, due diligence or client advisory assignments. <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in strategic site selection, multi\u2011criteria assessments, and applying design thinking to develop human\u2011centric, sustainable, and commercially viable solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Strong grasp of ESG integration, embedding sustainability and nature\u2011based solutions into the spatial master planning process. <\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to create compelling design narratives and value propositions. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, guiding junior planners and architects. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in business development and bid preparation, contributing to the growth of a world\u2011class industrial master planning capability. <\/li>\n<li>Passionate about innovation to create master planning outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel for projects and embrace diverse cultures and ways of working. <\/li>\n<li>Strong design skills and ability to effectively communicate design through compelling graphics. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, GIS.
