The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 8-10 years of core experience in Data Science, including managing loyalty programs. A minimum of 5 years of managing Loyalty Analytics programs in Multinational Retail Industry is required.The successful candidate will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and ideate new analytics use cases and projects for our clients. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the growth of our Analytics practice. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership for our flagship loyalty management projects with select customers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location: Dubai\/Abu Dhabi <\/strong><strong>Roles and Responsibilities: <\/strong><strong>    Key Role <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Client Engagements <\/strong>: Will be working with select clients with Retail footprint for Analytics project execution with innovative solution using data Analytics. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Identifying Growth Opportunities <\/strong>: Discover potential avenues for client growth through data analytics, technology implementation, and introducing cutting-edge data solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs). <\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Engineering Support <\/strong>: Assist in data engineering projects focused on building data transformation pipelines on cloud platforms.<strong>Analytics Use Case Ideation <\/strong>: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideate and develop new analytics use cases and projects for clients. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the implementation and execution of analytics projects from conception to completion. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously identify opportunities for improving analytics processes and methodologies.<strong>Client Engagement <\/strong>: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable analytics solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Build solutions to client requirement thereby achieving business use case objectives.<strong>Growth of Analytics Practice <\/strong>: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the analytics practice. <\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics. <\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices and innovative approaches within the analytics team.<strong>Loyalty Management Projects <\/strong>: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and expertise on flagship loyalty management projects with select customers. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the successful design, execution, and management of loyalty programs. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze and interpret loyalty data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expertise <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (Dataiku, SAS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage with clients and understand their business requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Data Science and AI or related field. <\/li>\n<li>Post Graduate degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, and data governance is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirement: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be willing to relocate to UAE <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-28 08:10:32<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-75654","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
