This leader is accountable for growing the regional practice developing new business leveraging industry relationships establishing strong relationships in the community and cultivating the culture of HKS within the region. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts as a key liaison between practice-driven strategy and regional execution plan <\/li>\n<li>Partners with Global Practice Director to grow the region in a manner which is consistent with HKSs core values and purpose <\/li>\n<li>Partners with studio office and regional leadership to further the strategic goals of the firm sector and region <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates an innovative and collaborative approach to regional strategy consistent with sector and practice direction and priorities <\/li>\n<li>Operates with ONE Firm mindset minimizes the sector and operational variables between offices in the region <\/li>\n<li>Manages Studio Practice Leaders and if applicable Studio Practice Managers within the region <\/li>\n<li>Engages with project managers technical and conceptual teams and consultants to evaluate and improve the quality of respective work in projects within the region <\/li>\n<li>Partners with studio and office leaders as a liaison between the firm leadership and staff communicating firm and regional initiatives and priorities <\/li>\n<li>Active on projects as required by relationships but should work to maintain a broader strategic view of the regional practice supporting studio leaders to deliver quality projects on behalf of the regional practice <\/li>\n<li>Acts as one of the primary interfaces with practice-specific clients and organizations across the region <\/li>\n<li>Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Accredited professional degree in Architecture Interior Design related degree for respective field or relevant years in education or experience <\/li>\n<li>Licensure or certification in chosen field preferred <\/li>\n<li>Typically 15 years of experience including experience in a leadership role with demonstrated success in both project work and talent\/resource development <\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in the respective practice area <\/li>\n<li>Sustainable design accreditation preferred <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity in the capability and benefits of design-related software preferred <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity in the functionality of Vision <\/li>\n<li>Experience in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams preferred <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in logistics management including connecting people and resources to the right place at the right time <\/li>\n<li>Successful track record in directing and providing leadership for the regional teams to follow <\/li>\n<li>Successful track record in success building nurturing and fostering new client relationships <\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and developing\/nurturing talent <\/li>\n<li>Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership organization communication and relationship management skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work closely with design leaders to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy and to facilitate its advancement across the firm <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage team with diplomatic and collaborative leadership style which puts value on relationships and collaboration both internal and external <\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate in a clear concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing <\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions <\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment <\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality <\/li>\n<li>Travel will be required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you currently work for HKS please submit your application via the Internal Careers Portal. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h3>Required Experience <\/h3>\n<p>Director <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-29 07:09:32<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-75690","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
