This leadership position plays a critical role in maintaining our building\u2011wide systems\u2014including HVAC, electrical, civil, plumbing, firefighting, kitchen equipment, irrigation, stormwater, gas systems, and more. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, major technical projects, preventive maintenance programs, contractor performance, asset management, and compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. This role also involves managing budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring an exceptional environment for both colleagues and guests. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage all Hard Services operations, including HVAC, electrical, civil, plumbing, firefighting, and water systems. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) programs, CMMS accuracy, and asset management to ensure maximum equipment uptime. <\/li>\n<li>Manage departmental budgets, P&#038;L performance, cost\u2011saving initiatives, and resource planning. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and develop engineering teams and contractors, ensuring high performance, compliance, and safety standards. <\/li>\n<li>Drive technical excellence through project management of installations, refurbishments, inspections, and facility upgrades. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs, service requests, and operational performance to deliver exceptional facility reliability and guest satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Review technical documentation, approve PM\/SOP procedures, allocate manpower, and ensure efficient maintenance workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with operational departments to support daily facility needs and communicate scheduled downtimes or service interruptions. <\/li>\n<li>Lead recruitment, training, and performance management within the Hard Services Division. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Essential Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified\/qualified HVAC Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Gas\/Oil Engineer. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>10 years of hands\u2011on technical experience <\/b> in installation, commissioning, or supervision. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>5 years of leadership experience <\/b> managing engineers, contractors, or technical teams. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of:\n<ul>\n<li>HVAC (FAHU, AHU, FCU) <\/li>\n<li>BMS <\/li>\n<li>Pumping and water treatment systems <\/li>\n<li>Fountains\/aquatics <\/li>\n<li>Boilers and heat exchangers <\/li>\n<li>Firefighting and suppression systems <\/li>\n<li>Basic electrical systems <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desirable Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified Facilities Manager or similar accreditation. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in hospitality or theme park maintenance operations. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in AutoCAD, CMMS systems (MAXIMO, CAFM), Oil &#038; Gas, project management. <\/li>\n<li>Engineering or Facilities Management degree.  <\/li>\n<li>Landscaping and lighting engineering knowledge. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills <\/li>\n<li>Customer service mindset <\/li>\n<li>Analytical and detail\u2011oriented  <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in evaluating performance, ensuring quality, and driving operational excellence <\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Shape the Future With Us <\/h3>\n<p>At Miral Experiences, we don\u2019t just create world\u2011class destinations \u2014 we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.
