We are a colourful, diverse, professional team and love our friendly, informal culture. <\/p>\n<h3>COME AS YOU ARE &#038; JOIN THE 25h TRIBE. <\/h3>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/h3>\n<h3>How does your working day look like \u2026 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MICE &#038; Groupssegments. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities within the MICE &#038; Groupsmarkets. <\/li>\n<li>Handle all incoming group and event enquiries (rooms and\/or catering), ensuring timely responses and personalized proposals in line with brand standards. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders to promote the hotel\u2019s offerings. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to client needs, working in alignment with Revenue guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue group contracts, ensuring all terms are in line with hotel policy and revenue strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Actively follow up on all leads to maximize conversion rates, using sales techniques and understanding of market trends. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated client records and enquiry details in the CRM (e.g., Opera, Delphi), ensuring accuracy in reporting and forecasting. <\/li>\n<li>Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Events Planning, and Operations to ensure feasibility, availability, and smooth delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis.
