The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in <strong>AI agents LLMs data modelling exploratory data analysis <\/strong> and <strong>data cleansing using AI-based tools <\/strong>. Experience in <strong>procurement analytics <\/strong> or exposure to procurement datasets will be considered an advantage. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AI Development &#038; Engineering <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build and deploy <strong>AI agents <\/strong> for automation, decision support and workflow optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Fine-tune, evaluate and implement <strong>Large Language Models (LLMs) <\/strong> for business use cases. <\/li>\n<li>Develop intelligent pipelines and workflows to integrate AI models into existing systems. <\/li>\n<li>Use GenAI tools for document summarization, narrative generation, data exploration and insight explanation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Modelling &#038; Analysis <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Build robust <strong>data models <\/strong> to support machine learning workflows and analytical insights. <\/li>\n<li>Perform <strong>Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) <\/strong> to identify trends, anomalies and model features. <\/li>\n<li>Design data schemas, transformation pipelines and model-ready datasets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Engineering &#038; Integration <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean, transform and integrate data from ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), financial systems, transactional databases and external sources. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement data pipelines using SQL, Python and relevant tools. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct data profiling, cleansing and normalization to prepare datasets for analytics and modelling. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity, quality, lineage and auditability across all project workstreams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Procurement Analytics (Preferred) <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with procurement data such as spend data, supplier information and sourcing KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Build and support AI-driven procurement analytics use cases (e.g. spend classification, supplier risk scoring, category insights). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consulting &#038; Engagement Support <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather requirements, understand challenges and design data-driven solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Support POCs, proposals and solution demonstrations in areas related to AI and digital transformation. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable assets and thought leadership in analytics &#038; AI. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills &#038; Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI\/ML or related field. <\/li>\n<li>35 years of hands-on experience in <strong>machine learning, NLP or AI engineering <\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience creating <strong>AI agents <\/strong> using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <strong>LLMs <\/strong> (OpenAI, Meta, Llama, Anthropic, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>Python <\/strong> and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). <\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in <strong>data modelling <\/strong>, SQL and analytical problem-solving. <\/li>\n<li>Experience performing <strong>EDA <\/strong> and working with large-scale datasets. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>AI\/ML Ops <\/strong> versioning and deployment pipelines is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with procurement-related datasets is a strong plus. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Soft Skills <\/strong> \u2013 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
