This role will oversee end\u2011to\u2011end recruitment strategy employer branding and talent pipeline management to support the rapid growth of the retail operations. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Talent Acquisition Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. <\/li>\n<li>Manage high-volume hiring across retail outlets corporate and support functions. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership roles. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Lead mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends compensation and candidate availability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Recruitment Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the full\u2011cycle recruitment process from sourcing screening and interviewing to offer negotiation. <\/li>\n<li>Utilize recruitment tools ATS systems and social platforms for efficient hiring. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employer Branding &#038;
