This is an exciting opportunity to lead integrated campaigns for world-class brands across the region build trusted client relationships and shape culturally relevant purpose-driven work. We\u2019re looking for someone who thrives on creative strategy business growth and mentorship and who\u2019s passionate about brand storytelling that drives impact across channels and audiences. <\/p>\n<h3>What Youll Do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a senior client lead driving day-to-day relationships and long-term strategic counsel. <\/li>\n<li>Lead development and execution of integrated communications strategies for regional and global brand clients. <\/li>\n<li>Translate client objectives into breakthrough campaigns that connect brand culture and purpose. <\/li>\n<li>Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across practice areas (e.g. digital creative strategy). <\/li>\n<li>Oversee campaign performance resourcing budgets and timelines to deliver excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to new business development through proposals pitches and organic growth. <\/li>\n<li>Provide mentorship and career development support for junior team members. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Were Looking for <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7 years of experience in strategic communications brand marketing or public relations. <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in agency or consultancy environments preferably with MENA market exposure. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership in managing integrated campaigns across earned owned and paid media. <\/li>\n<li>A confident communicator with excellent client handling and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and broader Middle East. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to inspire teams think creatively and solve problems under pressure. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with global brands and cross-market teams is a strong advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Edelman <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At Edelman we believe brands have the power to shift culture and drive real change.
