Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) applicable to offshore CED engineering activities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client quality requirements, and applicable offshore regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage design QA\/QC procedures, checklists, and verification plans. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Engineering Design Quality Control <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and monitor quality of conceptual and FEED\u2011level deliverables, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Design Basis &#038; Philosophy <\/li>\n<li>Concept Selection Reports <\/li>\n<li>Engineering Studies &#038; Calculations <\/li>\n<li>Layouts, P&#038;IDs, Plot Plans, and General Arrangements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Verify multidisciplinary design outputs (Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structural, Naval). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure design inputs, assumptions, and interfaces are properly identified, documented, and approved. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Codes, Standards &#038; Compliance <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable offshore international standards, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>API, ASME, ASTM <\/li>\n<li>DNV, ABS, Lloyd\u2019s Register <\/li>\n<li>ISO, IEC, NORSOK (as applicable) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Confirm alignment with client specifications, HSE requirements, and regulatory guidelines. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Document &#038; Deliverable Control <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and approve engineering documents before issue to client. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and approval workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Document Control to maintain QA\/QC traceability and audit readiness. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Non\u2011Conformance &#038; Risk Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify quality issues, deviations, and gaps in engineering deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Raise and track NCRs, design observations, and quality comments. <\/li>\n<li>Support risk assessments, design reviews, and value engineering workshops. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Audits &#038; Reviews <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in internal and external quality audits, design reviews, and client reviews. <\/li>\n<li>Support stage\u2011gate reviews (Concept Select, FEED readiness, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Lead quality lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Interface &#038; Stakeholder Coordination <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate QA\/QC matters with engineering disciplines, project management and planning teams, clients and third\u2011party reviewers. <\/li>\n<li>Support seamless interface between engineering, procurement, and future fabrication\/installation phases. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Leadership &#038; Mentoring <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide and mentor junior QA\/QC engineers and discipline engineers on quality requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a strong quality culture within the offshore engineering team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Naval Architecture preferred). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of QA\/QC or engineering assurance experience in offshore oil &#038;
