They\u2019re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a Head of Risk to collaborate across departments on risk\u2011based activities. You\u2019ll lead risk management to raise awareness on relevant financial regulations and ensure Revolut remains compliant at all times. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with the first line of defence to identify potential risks and implement adequate mitigation <\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing risk policies and procedures, key risk indicators (KRIs), and a risk appetite framework <\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing risk management processes that are efficient and effective (minimal bureaucracy, maximum impact) <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring risks, triggering corrective actions, and\/or producing reports as appropriate <\/li>\n<li>Liaising with regulators <\/li>\n<li>Building and managing a team of specialists <\/li>\n<li>Leading various projects to uplift risk management capabilities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience managing risk functions in a regulated retail banking environment <\/li>\n<li>A proven track record in setting up and managing first or second line of defence risk functions <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of legislation and regulation on financial activities <\/li>\n<li>A technical background in creating and implementing simple solutions quickly <\/li>\n<li>A passion for delivering great customer outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Experience participating in executive committees in financial services <\/li>\n<li>Outstanding leadership skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to high\u2011growth startups or scale\u2011ups in finance, digital banking, or across other industries <\/li>\n<li>Experience as a Chief Risk Officer or Head of Risk <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Diversity and Inclusion <\/h3>\n<p>Building a global financial super app isn\u2019t enough.
