transformation engagements covering credit market liquidity and operational risk regulatory capital and stress testing. <\/li>\n<li>Design calibrate and validate risk models (PD LGD EAD) under Basel and IFRS 9. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and review ICAAP frameworks capital planning and stress testing programs for regulatory submission. <\/li>\n<li>Support clients in strengthening liquidity risk frameworks (LCR NSFR IRRBB) and aligning ALM practices with supervisory expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Advise on operational risk frameworks RCSA design loss data analytics and capital quantification under Basel III \/ IV. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee engagement governance ensuring delivery excellence client satisfaction and measurable impact. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Market and Business Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and manage senior client relationships including C-suite and Board-level stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to business development through proposal leadership solution design and sector insights. <\/li>\n<li>Identify emerging client needs (ESG climate risk AI governance) and translate them into new service offerings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>People and Practice Development financial-services risk management either in consulting or at a Tier-1 bank. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading risk and capital-management transformation programs. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working directly with regulators (e.g. SAMA CBUAE QCB EBA APRA PRA). <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ideally Youll Also Have <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to fraud third-party or digital-risk domains. <\/li>\n<li>International project experience across Europe Australia or APAC. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as
