Based in Dubai this senior leadership role will be responsible for driving the financial strategy across Middle East Turkey and Africa. The Finance Director will lead financial planning and analysis business partnering and regional reporting while playing a critical role in supporting strategic decision\u2011making to drive sustainable growth. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the full finance function for the META region including FP&#038;A, controlling, compliance and financial operations. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long\u2011term planning processes ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives focused on margin expansion, cost optimisation and operational efficiencies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements across multiple markets. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop a high\u2011performing finance team across the region fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with commercial, medical and supply chain teams to support cross\u2011functional initiatives and strategic projects. <\/li>\n<li>Provide financial leadership in M&#038;A activities, business cases, investment decisions and market entries where applicable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who You Are <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10\u201112 years of progressive finance leadership experience within multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare companies. <\/li>\n<li>Strong regional experience across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa markets is essential.  <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of acting as a true business partner supporting executive leadership teams in driving strategic and operational decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in FP&#038;A, commercial finance and financial governance. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cross\u2011border teams in complex matrix organisations. <\/li>\n<li>CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. <\/li>\n<li>Resilient, results\u2011driven and comfortable working in a fast\u2011paced and evolving environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Due to the large number of applications we receive we can only respond to candidates who have been shortlisted for the position.
