The Company is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as the Human Resources Director. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company&#8217;s objectives and local regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization&#8217;s workforce needs. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the performance management system to drive employee engagement, productivity, and development. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as government authorities, labor unions, and other HR professionals. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HR best practices, trends, and innovative approaches. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and people management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>To Apply <\/h3>\n<p>If you possess the skills, experience, and passion for driving HR excellence, please submit your resume and a cover letter.
