Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. <\/p>\n<p><b><b>Your mission <\/b> <\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u064a\u0639\u062f \u0628\u0631\u0646\u0627\u0645\u062c <b>Human Resources Director MEART <\/b> will report to the <b>International Human Resources Director <\/b> based at the headquarters in France. <\/p>\n<p>Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates <\/p>\n<p><b>Mission <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Provides HR support and advice to Regional Management General Management and Subsidiary General Management in the absence of a local HR Manager providing the service requested by operational staff within the framework of the Groups HR policy aimed at the shared development of the company and its people <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>As HRBP supports the companys economic performance alongside the business in its actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
