This is a highly hands\u2011on technical leadership role where you will spend a significant portion of your time designing, implementing and unblocking the toughest quality challenges. <\/p>\n<p>You will build the automation frameworks, release systems and observability tools that empower product squads to deliver faster and safer. Your mission is to establish world\u2011class mobile quality practices at Talabat by embedding quality earlier in the delivery pipeline, coaching engineers and leaders and ensuring reliable releases. <\/p>\n<p>While you will manage and mentor a talented group of QA Engineers your primary impact will come from technical execution, direct collaboration and shaping org\u2011wide quality standards.<br \/>Does this sound like a challenge that you\u2019d like to pursue? Please get in touch. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Define and drive the quality strategy at Talabat balancing automation, manual testing, observability and governance. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the owner of quality, our frameworks, release processes and observability dashboards. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build and continuously evolve systems that improve release stability, automation coverage and critical\u2011path test health. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with engineering leaders and Staff engineers to align on a shared vision for quality across the organization. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with DevOps, DevX and cross\u2011functional peers to eliminate friction in testing and release pipelines. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Introduce and scale a Quality Coaching Playbook across squads, embedding a shift\u2011left mindset and clear ownership of quality. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Serve as Talabat&#8217;s quality ambassador influencing org\u2011wide standards on testing strategy, release readiness, triage expectations and quality metrics. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mentor and grow a team of QA Automation Engineers fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning and psychological safety. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Define and track core KPIs such as flaky test rate, regression escape rate, release lead time and app\u2011related metrics. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications : <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years in QA \/ test automation \/ quality engineering with a deep knowledge of end\u2011to\u2011end testing for mobile apps including the backend. <\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2 years of engineering management experience ideally leading enablement or platform teams. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong hands\u2011on background with mobile API and contract test automation frameworks. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience in release management for mobile apps. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Track record of coaching engineers and scaling quality best practices across teams. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with observability, flaky test management and CI\/CD for mobile pipelines. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Has driven shift\u2011left quality initiatives or built testing platforms adopted org\u2011wide. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Remote Work : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>No <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Employment Type : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Full\u2011time <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-02-27 08:34:54<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-76331","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
