With a growing footprint across the GCC cold chain sector, they support a diverse portfolio of clients across the FMCG and retail marketplace. They seek an experienced <b>HR Head <\/b> to lead the regional human capital agenda from their Dubai head office. <\/p>\n<p>This is a pivotal leadership role with strategic oversight of all people and culture functions across multi\u2011site operations. As the business expands its regional service offering, the Head of HR will play a key role in workforce planning, organisational development, and leadership alignment. The role demands a commercially minded HR professional with strong exposure to logistics, operations, or industrial sectors. <\/p>\n<h3>Strategic HR Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned to business goals <\/li>\n<li>Advise the CEO and leadership team on organisation design and workforce planning <\/li>\n<li>Champion change management during periods of growth and operational expansion <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Talent &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee end\u2011to\u2011end talent acquisition for critical operations and leadership roles <\/li>\n<li>Embed performance management frameworks that drive accountability and development <\/li>\n<li>Lead succession planning and high\u2011potential talent programmes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employee Engagement &#038; Culture <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Foster a values-driven culture focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence <\/li>\n<li>Implement employee engagement initiatives to support retention and productivity <\/li>\n<li>Manage internal communication and leadership alignment across business units <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HR Operations &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are compliant with UAE labour law <\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll, employee records, and HRIS optimisation for scalability <\/li>\n<li>Manage industrial relations and employee grievance resolution where required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in building HR capabilities in growth\u2011phase or transformation environments <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of UAE labour law and regional employment practices <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing HR for distributed or multi\u2011site operational workforces <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
