A Lead Consultant has a fundamental role in supporting the Practice Lead and Principal Consultant to ensure the smooth running of operations. The Lead Consultant is to act as a bridge between the onsite engagement team and the client team. A Lead Consultant will be accountable for collating engagement requirements and translating those into implementable actions. <\/p>\n<p><b>Job Location : <\/b> Silema, Malta <\/p>\n<p><b>Work Type : <\/b> Hybrid <\/p>\n<p><b>Job Type : <\/b> Full-time, Permanent <\/p>\n<p><b>Working Hours : <\/b> GMT +1 <\/p>\n<p><b>Salary : <\/b> Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros \u20ac) <\/p>\n<p><b>Relocation : <\/b> VISA &#038; Relocation Package Included <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educated to degree level, Masters preferred <\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and \/ or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>9 to 11 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics professional services <\/li>\n<li>Experience \/ Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English language skills. <\/li>\n<li>Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred : French, Spanish, German, Italian <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge or experience working with interfaces and Integrations will be considered an asset <\/li>\n<li>Beneficial to have experience of Azure DevOps <\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and Business Intelligence (BI) is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Experience in presales activities <\/li>\n<li>Data Migration Experience <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of RSAT <\/li>\n<li>Beneficial to have experience of LCS <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas : Project Operations, Finance, Warehouse, Field Service <\/li>\n<li>Lead Finance Business Partner of Digital Platforms within Connected Technology <\/li>\n<li>The D365 Finance &#038; Operations Functional Lead Consultant will : <\/li>\n<li>Work with onsite engagement team &#038; client team to gather requirements, determine expectations &#038; finalize deliverables <\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written &#038; verbal communication &#038; team participation. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for leading and managing a team comprising of a group of talented consultants each holding different levels of expertise <\/li>\n<li>Involvement with product interfaces and integrations <\/li>\n<li>Gather and document functional requirements and complete gap \/ fit analysis <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control <\/li>\n<li>Lead the solution on a work stream, make design decisions and creating create solution documentation <\/li>\n<li>Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues <\/li>\n<li>Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project <\/li>\n<li>Involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs <\/li>\n<li>Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training <\/li>\n<li>Identify practice development activities and strong involvement in the creation and delivery of these to fellow colleagues <\/li>\n<li>Oversee workload distribution across the team <\/li>\n<li>Lead knowledge sharing initiatives within the team and the company <\/li>\n<li>Act as a reference point to other employees when escalations are required <\/li>\n<li>Support with the retention and engagement of employees through on the job mentoring, coaching and performance management <\/li>\n<li>Support management team with resource forecasting and planning as well as taking an active role in recruitment of new employees <\/li>\n<li>To carry out additional duties as may arise from time to time <\/li>\n<li>The Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Microsoft Business Solutions Overview <\/h3>\n<p>At our client, your long-term future is every bit as important to them as it is to you.
