French and English fluency are required. <\/p>\n<h3>Your Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect the Dual\u2011Brand Strategy, building a symbiotic plan that reinforces David Laroche\u2019s personal brand and Paradox\u2019s company brand without cannibalisation. <\/li>\n<li>Propose radical new formats (documentary, reality show, conceptual short) that shatter the boring codes of the Self\u2011Help industry. <\/li>\n<li>Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth &#038; Search for YouTube, Aesthetic &#038; Vibe for Instagram, Authority &#038; Authenticity for LinkedIn. <\/li>\n<li>Drive radical concepting and end\u2011to\u2011end delivery, taking responsibility for the entire production chain: writing hooks, storyboarding, and ensuring the final cut matches the vision. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit and manage the team required to realise each concept (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) and onboard them. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure David appears as an actor on set by providing flawless scripts, set design, and direction so he can perform without mental load. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the internal content factory (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers) by setting tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Provide high\u2011level artistic direction and act as the final quality check; nothing is published unless it meets the Paradox Standard of aesthetics and storytelling. <\/li>\n<li>Challenge the team to constantly upskill, pushing them for sharper cuts, better sound design, and stronger visual storytelling. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce assets specifically designed to convert in ads, treating content as the primary acquisition channel. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate based on feedback, killing what fails and aggressively scaling what works. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven content builder: successfully grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). Understand mechanics of virality and retention. <\/li>\n<li>Editorial leadership experience managing a creative team (editors, designers) and raising the level from good to masterpiece. <\/li>\n<li>Elite scripting skills: can showcase scripts that performed, with strong hooks, structured narratives, and engagement lasting 20+ minutes. <\/li>\n<li>Performance fluency: experience where content drove business results (ads, launches, conversion) rather than vanity metrics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Personality Traits <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Intolerant to mediocrity: enjoys fine detail, fights weak typography, choppy cuts, and poor headlines. <\/li>\n<li>Psychology obsessed: studies why people click, share, and what emotion drives them. <\/li>\n<li>A &#8220;doer&#8221; with authority: commands respect through competence, writing scripts, directing shoots, and fixing edits. <\/li>\n<li>No ego, just impact: accepts that concepts can flop, analyzes data, pivots immediately, and ships next concepts with renewed energy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Language <\/h3>\n<p>French: Native\/Bilingual.
