Wasl Channel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3084945<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>Head of Content \u2013 Wasl Channel <\/p>\n<p>Wasl Channel is seeking a Head of Content to lead its content team and oversee day-to-day editorial operations. <\/p>\n<h3>Scope of Work <\/h3>\n<p>The Head of Content is responsible for leading Wasl\u2019s content direction, managing the content team, and ensuring smooth coordination with production, presenters, reporters, and clients. <\/p>\n<p>This role balances strategy and execution, ensuring content quality, cultural sensitivity, and operational efficiency. <\/p>\n<p>This role reports directly to the Channel Lead. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the content team (Writer, Researcher, Field Researcher), with team growth expected over time. <\/li>\n<li>Propose content ideas, plans, and strategies aligned with Wasl\u2019s vision. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage monthly content plans. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all content aligns with local community values, traditions, and sensitivities. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain editorial quality, consistency, and clarity across all outputs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coordination with Production <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate closely with the Head of Production to align content objectives with shooting and execution. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the purpose (\u201cwhy\u201d) of each piece of content is clearly defined before production starts. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare content briefs and align on scope prior to filming. <\/li>\n<li>Final approval initially remains with the Channel Lead, transitioning to the Head of Content once fully established. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Presenters &#038; Reporters <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for presenters and field reporters. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate requirements, schedules, and on-ground needs. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and structure questions and editorial direction. <\/li>\n<li>Handle coordination and approvals for shooting in specific locations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. <\/li>\n<li>Meet with clients from the government, private sector, companies, and other entities. <\/li>\n<li>Receive client requests and translate them into clear content requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Decide whether requests are handled directly within the content team or delegated to other departments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure clear communication and smooth delivery from brief to execution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Content Coverage <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Street and field reports <\/li>\n<li>Social media content (carousels, posts) <\/li>\n<li>Platform X content <\/li>\n<li>Short reports and community-driven content <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workflow &#038; Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily editorial meetings. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee content workflow and information gathering. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation and organization using Monday.com and Google Drive. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates and reports to the Channel Lead. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills &#038;
