The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geological modelling and resource estimation with in-depth knowledge of industry standards such as JORC and NI 43-101. This role plays a crucial part in supporting exploration mine planning and strategic decision-making for ongoing and future mining projects particularly in Africa and the broader region. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and interpret geological data using specialist geological software. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain 3D geological models to support Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves estimation. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate geological geochemical and geophysical data to enhance resource modelling accuracy. <\/li>\n<li>Develop multiple geological and mining scenarios to aid decision-making. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with mineral deposits. <\/li>\n<li>Support exploration programs (greenfield and brownfield) through data-driven target generation. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct fieldwork and geological data collection to support technical studies. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present comprehensive geological reports for both technical and non-technical audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including geologists, engineers and management. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the planning and supervision of mining operations to ensure optimal resource extraction. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct due diligence for potential investments, mergers and acquisitions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with international reporting standards (JORC, NI 43-101 etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Document and manage geological data and ensure it is archived for future reference. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the digitization and modernization of geological and mining data systems. <\/li>\n<li>Provide training and mentorship to junior geologists and technical team members. <\/li>\n<li>Explore innovative technologies to enhance resource modelling and mining efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Apply knowledge of African geology and regional mineral systems to support exploration and development projects across the continent. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
