The role covers design, execution, and supervision of building projects up to the height\/level permitted by the engineer&#8217;s G-category license (G+1, G+2, G+3, G+4, G+5, G+ unlimited) as per Dubai Municipality regulations. The engineer will work on various projects across Dubai, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and submit design drawings, BOQs, and method statements in line with Dubai Building Codes and the specific G-license limits. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with the approved G-level scope. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee day to day construction activities, ensuring work meets G-license specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections, maintain inspection logs, and issue site directives. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other local authorities to obtain necessary permits and G-license endorsements for all G levels. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all submissions (drawings, structural calculations, risk assessments) are signed and stamped by the G-licensed engineer. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain up to date project documentation: daily reports, progress photos, variation orders, and closeout files. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce UAE safety regulations (e.g., Dubai Civil Defense, OSHAD) and the specific safety requirements tied to the G-level of the project. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior engineers and support staff on G-license requirements and best practices for all G levels. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university. <\/li>\n<li>Valid G-category license issued by Dubai Municipality (any G level: G+1, G+2, G+3, G+4, G+5, G+ unlimited). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of UAE\/Gulf construction experience; senior roles require 8+ years. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Primavera \/ MSProject, and structural analysis software. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and G-license scope limits for all G levels. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent English (written &#038;
