Wealth Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3098174<\/p>\n<p><h3>Job Purpose <\/h3>\n<p>Lead the bank\u2019s Treasury sales business for the Retail, Priority, and Wealth Management segments, delivering end-to-end distribution of Treasury products across branch, relationship-managed, and digital channels. <\/p>\n<p>Responsible for revenue generation, client coverage, and product penetration across Treasury-originated solutions including FX (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs), rate and structured deposits, precious metals, and approved yield-enhancement or structured investment products. <\/p>\n<p>The role ensures disciplined pricing, superior client advisory, strong control culture, and consistent alignment with regulatory and conduct standards. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Result Areas <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Revenue &#038; Market Share: <\/b> Achieve annual Treasury revenue targets for Retail &#038; WM segments through active product distribution, tactical campaigns, and digital penetration. <\/li>\n<li><b>Coverage Strategy: <\/b> Design and execute an effective coverage model integrating relationship-managed portfolios and self-service digital flows; define activity KPIs and accountability. <\/li>\n<li><b>Product Distribution: <\/b> Drive sales of Treasury solutions including FX (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs), rate-linked and structured deposits, precious metals, and yield-enhancement products (e.g., DCIs, range accruals, step-ups, and structured notes). <\/li>\n<li><b>Pricing &#038; Execution: <\/b> Define pricing parameters with Trading; approve exceptions within DOA to optimize spreads and client experience. <\/li>\n<li><b>Digital Channel Growth: <\/b> Partner with Digital Banking and Marketing to expand online FX and mobile Treasury platforms, improve activation ratios, and enable data-driven targeting. <\/li>\n<li><b>Conduct &#038; Risk Governance: <\/b> Maintain a \u201clow-risk\u201d audit rating by embedding suitability, target-market definitions, KYC\/AML, and conduct standards across all distribution channels. <\/li>\n<li><b>Stakeholder Management: <\/b> Build alignment with Retail Banking, WM, Trading, Structuring, Risk, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and continuous product improvement. <\/li>\n<li><b>Team Leadership &#038; Capability: <\/b> Recruit, coach, and motivate Treasury sales professionals; ensure readiness on product, advisory, and conduct certifications. <\/li>\n<li>Performance Management: Own MI dashboards, portfolio analytics, and client behavior insights to refine coverage and identify growth levers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s\/Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline;
