{"id":76827,"date":"2026-03-07T22:41:41","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T18:41:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/data-lead-hr-data-lead\/"},"modified":"2026-03-07T22:41:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-07T18:41:42","slug":"data-lead-hr-data-lead","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/data-lead-hr-data-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"Data Lead \/ HR Data Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3099909<\/p>\n<p><h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the owner and steward of HR data assets including employee, recruitment, talent, job, position, and organizational datasets. <\/li>\n<li>Define, maintain, and enforce HR data standards, data definitions, business rules, and taxonomies. <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement data quality frameworks covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and validity. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, define, and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) within HR datasets. <\/li>\n<li>Lead data cleansing and remediation programs, including root cause analysis and preventive controls. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR Operations and System teams to ensure correct data capture at source and process adherence. <\/li>\n<li>Define and implement data validation controls within Oracle Fusion and downstream HR, BI, and AI platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain data issue logs, remediation trackers, SLAs, and governance escalation mechanisms. <\/li>\n<li>Support data migrations, integrations, and transformations related to HR data. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in internal\/external audits, regulatory validations, and compliance activities. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver HR data governance training and user enablement programs. <\/li>\n<li>Provide input into enterprise data strategy, master data management, and analytics initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR data domains: Employee, Recruitment, Talent, Jobs, Positions, and Organizational Structures. <\/li>\n<li>Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM data model, configuration, and data flows. <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience in data quality management, profiling, and validation techniques. <\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting validation.  <\/li>\n<li>Experience with data governance frameworks and tools (DAMA, DCAM, Collibra, OvalEdge, or similar). <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into data rules, controls, and technical logic. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-02-27 08:34:27<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-76827","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
