Established in 2007 and consisting of over 14,000 doctors, nurses, ancillary care, and administrative personnel. 14 hospitals, and more than 70 primary healthcare and ambulatory care clinics, this well\u2011respected organisation offers many world\u2011class services and sub\u2011specialties that are delivered by highly specialised healthcare professionals. <\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is based at our client\u2019s flagship tertiary hospital in the UAE and the largest teaching medical centre in Abu Dhabi. Offering unparalleled expertise due to the collaboration with one of the top\u2011ranked paediatric hospitals in the US, all children will benefit from innovative care, cutting\u2011edge treatments and advanced research. <\/p>\n<h3>Successful applicants must meet the following criteria <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialization in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery <\/li>\n<li>American Board, CCT UK, Australian Board, any Western Board, Fellowship or additional certification in Paediatric Orthopaedics <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of post\u2011specialization experience in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery specialising in Scoliosis <\/li>\n<li>Valid DOH (Department of Health &#8211; Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working within JCI\u2011accredited hospitals is preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Supports, implements, and follows all hospital, departmental and divisional initiatives, policies and procedures <\/li>\n<li>Helps lead and implement the organization\u2019s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes <\/li>\n<li>Participates in the organization\u2019s performance management system, including peer review and the productivity and utilization review processes <\/li>\n<li>Assist with scheduling and supports the Division Chief in ensuring that adequate medical coverage is always provided within the Division <\/li>\n<li>Attends Divisional meetings as required <\/li>\n<li>Assists the Division Chief in the recruitment of new medical staff when appropriate <\/li>\n<li>Assumes other administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Division Chief <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0642\u0639 <\/h3>\n<p>Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, sits off the mainland on an island in the Persian (Arabian) Gulf.
