submittal, approval, and RFI processes to ensure timely resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to optimize construction sequencing, productivity, and overall project progress. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee inspection activities, identifying areas for improvement in inspection methodologies and execution. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor QHSE performance across all construction activities, identify deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. <\/li>\n<li>Lead coordination and interface management with Abu Dhabi local authorities and statutory bodies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Hill Internationals Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety, and Occupational Health policies, manuals, and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Review and assess contractor technical, daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic input and recommendations on construction methodologies to support the Main Contractor. <\/li>\n<li>Support project close-out, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in civil engineering (mandatory). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum<b> 20 years of construction experience <\/b>, with significant exposure to<b> luxury villa developments <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum<b> 5 years of proven experience dealing with Abu Dhabi local authorities <\/b>, approvals, and regulatory procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing<b> project close-out and handover <\/b>stages. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience managing subcontractors and complex subcontract packages. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record serving in senior construction leadership roles on similar projects. <\/li>\n<li>Strong technical background with a minimum of<b> two full project life-cycle experiences <\/b> as part of a Project Management team. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in: <\/li>\n<li>Management of inspections, mock-ups, prototypes, samples, and quality benchmarking <\/li>\n<li>Progressive verification of works against contract specifications, drawings, and approved mock-ups <\/li>\n<li>Construction submittals and RFI management processes <\/li>\n<li>Strong familiarity with Abu Dhabi local authority requirements and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Background working on<b> commercial, residential, and\/or industrial
