the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels including SEO SEM social media content display advertising email marketing and web development. <\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of digital account managers executives and creatives to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results and achieve client KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities upselling services and expanding the agencys scope. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with creative media and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present strategic proposals campaign performance reports and quarterly business reviews to clients. <\/li>\n<li>Stay current with digital marketing trends platforms and technologies ensuring innovative solutions are proposed and implemented. <\/li>\n<li>Develop annual plans and forecasts in collaboration with finance and senior leadership. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications and Skills: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (Masters preferred). <\/li>\n<li>7 years of experience in digital marketing including at least 3 years in an account director or senior clientfacing role. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing digital campaigns and large client portfolios. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC SEO social programmatic web analytics). <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional client service communication and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. <\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience with the ability to inspire mentor and grow a team. <\/li>\n<li>Datadriven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Facebook Ads Manager etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a
