The physician treats patients directly and may make referrals to other members of the healthcare team at CCAD. <\/p>\n<p><b>Primary Duties And Responsibilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitors and provides care to patients within the Neurological Institute \u2013 Neurology specialty. <\/li>\n<li>Prescribes or administers medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. <\/li>\n<li>Analyzes records, reports, and test results to diagnose patient medical conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Interacts with patients to gather additional history and information about medical conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Explains procedures and discusses test results or prescribed treatments with patients. <\/li>\n<li>Provides specific|    treatments and\/or performs operations to treat patient medical conditions, as appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluates patient and records applicable notes about patient condition for documentation and possible referral to another member of the medical staff team. <\/li>\n<li>Liaisons with\u10e0\u10d4\u10d1\u10d0    other medical and non\u2011medical staff at CCAD to ensure quality patient treatment. <\/li>\n<p>Supplies and provides care in a culturally appropriate and sensitive manner.   <\/p>\n<li>Follows ethical and regulatory guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Takes part in administrative functions that ensure the continued operations of the clinical environment, such as committee participation, task forces, and performance improvement measures. <\/li>\n<li>Provides hospital on\u2011call inpatient coverage as deemed necessary. <\/li>\n<li>Adheres to individual approved clinical privileges, as well as to all policies and procedures of the Medical Staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience Requirements <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Board\u2011eligible physicians from Tier 1 countries must have no less than two (2) years extra experience post\u2011qualification. <\/li>\n<li>Board\u2011eligible physicians from Tier 2 countries must have no less than five (5) years extra experience post\u2011qualification. <\/li>\n<li>Must hold a valid licence or registration to practice in their home country and\/or country of last employment-fitting applicable requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak and write in English is required Unitiudut. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in brain health \/ cognitive neurology is required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education Requirements &#038; Training <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MD, MBBS, MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. <\/li>\n<li>Completion of Neurology qualification as per the Recognised Specialty Certificate table listed in Healthcare Professionals Qualification Requirements 2024. <\/li>\n<li>Completion of fellowship training and experience in brain health \/ cognitive neurology is required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is located on Al Maryah Island, the heart of Abu Dhabi&#8217;s new central business district. \u0ab0\u0a82\u0a97)ajasthan\tcc\u0acd    It shares the island with a hotel, stock exchange, and office buildings, accessible by multiple bridges.  <\/p>\n<p>Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi extends the Cleveland Clinic model of care, offering a spectrum of specialty services designed to meet the healthcare needs of Abu Dhabi and the region. The hospital houses five clinic floors, three diagnostic and treatment levels, and thirteen floors of critical and acute inpatient units totaling 364 beds (expandable to 490).
