This role will be based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be a thoughtful analytical, highly customer\u2011obsessed self\u2011starter with the ability to work in a fast\u2011paced environment. The candidate would play a key role in driving the function\/category agenda and would work as a finance partner in delivering the business results. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate should have demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finance of a high\u2011growth business, be comfortable working in cross\u2011functional teams, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate must have superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. The position represents an exciting opportunity to be a part of an extremely dynamic and high\u2011paced environment supporting a global organization and offers significant opportunities for rapid growth. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform financial reporting and support monthly P&#038;L analysis and financial forecasts <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management <\/li>\n<li>Measure and monitor metrics for new business initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Assist in measuring and reporting progress on key goals for the business team in a timely manner <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics <\/li>\n<li>Perform ad\u2011hoc business analyses and financial modeling; present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Partner with the global leadership team to develop strategic long\u2011term operating plans <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate appropriate understanding\/working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls <\/li>\n<li>Serve as team lead for medium and large\u2011scale projects <\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required <\/li>\n<li>Lead cross\u2011functional systems and process improvement initiatives <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience <\/li>\n<li>5 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience  <\/li>\n<li>4 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience <\/li>\n<li>5 years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or a bachelor\u2019s degree with 5 years of quantitative role (engineering process re\u2011engineering, quality assurance) experience <\/li>\n<li>Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence <\/li>\n<li>MBA or CPA <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with large\u2011scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EEO Statement <\/h3>\n<p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
