Liberate is re\u2011imagining how real estate brokerages are built, scaled, and operated. We partner with top\u2011performing agents and give them the systems, brand, technology, and leverage to build their own independent brokerages and teams without the legacy baggage of traditional firms; all while having access to one of the most successful brokerages (Driven Properties) for developer access, agent collaboration, and support. Our long\u2011term ambition is to build The Liberate Guild: the most successful, collaborative portfolio of independent boutique real estate brokerages in the UAE. This role sits at the center of that mission. <\/p>\n<h3>The Role <\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re hiring a Director to lead Liberate\u2019s Partner and Agent Acquisition Program. This is not a \u201cmanage inbound leads\u201d role. This is a builder\u2011seller role for a senior B2B sales operator who can design the sales motion, execute relentlessly, and scale it into an engine. Your objective is simple but ambitious: Identify, engage, and convert the top\u2011producing real estate agents in the UAE who have the ambition to build their own brokerage and teams. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own Partner Acquisition End\u2011to\u2011End \u2013 Design and execute Liberate\u2019s Partner and agent acquisition strategy across the UAE \u2013 Identify top\u2011performing agents with entrepreneurial drive and leadership potential \u2013 Run a high\u2011touch, high\u2011conviction sales process from first contact to signed Partner <\/li>\n<li>Build a World\u2011Class B2B Sales Engine \u2013 Build and own Liberate\u2019s Partner CRM from the ground up \u2013 Define ICPs, segmentation, deal stages, and qualification frameworks \u2013 Design automated outreach sequences, follow\u2011ups, and nurture flows \u2013 Track funnel performance, conversion rates, and cycle times obsessively <\/li>\n<li>Sell a Vision, Not a Job \u2013 Position Liberate as the platform and partner of choice for elite agents ready to build \u2013 Clearly articulate the financial, operational, and lifestyle upside of independence \u2013 Handle complex objections around risk, brand, team building, and transition timing <\/li>\n<li>Work Data\u2011First, Tech-Forward \u2013 Use data to prioritize accounts, refine messaging, and improve close rates \u2013 Partner closely with marketing and ops to test messaging, channels, and treatments \u2013 Continuously improve the Partner journey post\u2011close to maximize long\u2011term success <\/li>\n<li>Sign 1 New Liberate Partner Every Month \u2013 Your KPI is to sign 1 new Liberate Partner per month (target: 10\u201112 per year) <\/li>\n<li>Assist Liberate Partners with Building Teams \u2013 Help Liberate\u2019s Partners grow by scaling their broker talent pool <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why This Role Is Different <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re not selling ads, listings, or desks; you\u2019re recruiting future founders <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll shape the DNA of an entire network of brokerages <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll work directly with the founders on strategy and execution <\/li>\n<li>Compensation and upside are designed to reward real impact <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who This Is For You <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Comes from a strong B2B sales background (consultative, high\u2011ticket, complex sales) <\/li>\n<li>Has either deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market or a genuine obsession with mastering it quickly <\/li>\n<li>Has sold transformational outcomes, not just products <\/li>\n<li>Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building systems from zero <\/li>\n<li>Is intensely self\u2011driven, competitive, and outcome\u2011oriented <\/li>\n<li>Think(s) in pipelines, funnels, and data <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are not afraid of rejection, long sales cycles, or high standards; and you expect to be rewarded for performance. <\/p>\n<h3>Skills &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Director, Partner and Agent Acquisition <\/li>\n<li>Senior\u2011level B2B sales experience, ideally in services, platforms, or partnerships <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build and close your own pipeline <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with CRMs, sales tooling, and automation  <\/li>\n<li>Data\u2011driven mindset with comfort using dashboards, metrics, and reporting <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills <\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You think like an owner, not an employee.
