About the Role <\/h3>\n

We are building a high-potential real estate brokerage startup in Dubai with a clear vision to scale rapidly and become a market leader. We are looking for a Head of Sales <\/b> who can build, lead, and scale the sales function from the ground up. <\/p>\n

This role is for a hands-on sales leader <\/b>\u2014someone who has done it before: built sales strategies, hired and managed teams, closed deals, and driven strong revenue growth in_SYSTEM <\/p>\n

  • Set up the sales structure from scratch <\/b> (processes, targets, KPIs, commission plans) <\/li>\n
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing real estate sales team \/ brokers <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Drive revenue growth <\/b> through direct sales involvement, team performance, and market expansion <\/li>\n
  • Work closely with founders to shape pricing, go-to-market approach, and growth roadmap <\/li>\n

    • Experience designing and executing sales strategies from zero to scale <\/b> <\/li>\n

    • Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market, off\u2011plan & secondary sales <\/li>\n
