The ideal candidate will lead commercial strategy across corporate sales and distribution channels, driving sustained revenue growth and market positioning. <\/p>\n

Role Overview <\/h3>\n

The Director of Sales and Distribution will be responsible for overseeing corporate sales performance, optimizing distribution channels, and managing key partnerships across the UAE and GCC markets. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of luxury hospitality sales and distribution. <\/p>\n

  • Lead and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy to achieve revenue targets <\/li>\n
  • Manage corporate sales, multinational accounts, TMCs, and global travel partnerships <\/li>\n
  • Oversee distribution channels including brand.com, GDS, OTAs, IDS, and metasearch platforms <\/li>\n
  • Ensure rate parity, content optimization, and effective channel mix management <\/li>\n
  • Drive negotiation, dynamic pricing strategies, and RFP management for corporate accounts <\/li>\n
  • Monitor market trends, seasonality, and competitive activity within the UAE <\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, PDPL, and relevant tourism regulations <\/li>\n
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while collaborating with revenue, marketing, and operations teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
