analysis <\/p>\n<p>Promote adoption of structured approach on all investment evaluations, generating fully transparent information to management <\/p>\n<p>The role is for the UAE National <\/p>\n<h3>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<h3>Investment Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform rigorous financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and review of investment proposals by business lines (AM\/DM) <\/li>\n<li>Support the adoption of a structured approach to all investment evaluations, generating fully transparent information for management <\/li>\n<li>Perform the identification of key risk drivers of financial underwriting from feasibility models and commercial considerations of proposed transactions <\/li>\n<li>Ensure investment submissions comply with Investment Framework policies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Capital Allocation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute periodic reviews of group return hurdles and cost of capital <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to data\u2011driven recommendations regarding the company\u2019s strategic objectives, particularly on capital allocation decisions and strategic planning <\/li>\n<li>Perform ad\u2011hoc credit analysis and support in dealing with credit rating agency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strategic Company Initiatives <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support in the origination of strategic initiatives (M&#038;A, 3rd party capital raise \u2013 equity &#038; debt) <\/li>\n<li>Manage the preparation of pre\u2011IC appraisals and align them with relevant stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of Investment Appraisals as part of the whole IC decision process <\/li>\n<li>Execute live transactions, manage the transaction process, and liaise with counterparties, advisors, etc. <\/li>\n<li>Consolidate the input from various departments for the 5\u2011years financial planning and assess the quality of the planning and its parts <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to strategic company initiatives while supporting the team with financial planning &#038; analysis <\/li>\n<li>Manage the provision of financial outputs of consolidated business plan <\/li>\n<li>Assist with maintaining and improving a detailed corporate financial model <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<p>Min of 10+ years of experience in a diverse financial environment, leading strategic finance \/ capital management\/investment of a publicly listed company with annual revenue of at least AED 3 billion <\/p>\n<h3>YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION <\/h3>\n<p>Min of 2+ years in a related managerial position <\/p>\n<h3>FIELD OF EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in project financial structuring and complex financing schemes in a capital\u2011intensive industry <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of MENA markets and funding mechanisms <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technically proficient in Bloomberg, excel financial modeling (including DCF\/DDM modeling, real estate modeling, analysis of public trading comparable and precedent transactions, merger modeling, etc.) and accounting <\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and communication skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills, self\u2011starter with initiative to lead execution work <\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic with good team and interpersonal skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong conflict resolution and management skills for resolving conflicts on the field <\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, execute and manage tasks as per project schedule and budget <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QUALIFICATION <\/h3>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, economics or business, MBA\/Master in finance from a top\u2011ranked school. <\/p>\n<p>Professional qualification e.g., CFA <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-27 08:38:14<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-77572","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
