Client Engagement <\/b>
\u2022 Lead technical discovery sessions to analyse current environments and identify business and technical pain points.
\u2022 Present solution proposals, demos, and proof\u2011of\u2011concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Design end\u2011to\u2011end ICT architectures covering compute, storage, networking, and security layers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Produce high\u2011quality diagrams, statements of work, and bills of materials in accordance with best practices and vendor guidelines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Review tender documents, map compliance requirements, and craft detailed technical responses.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Accurately size, price, and optimise configurations in collaboration with OEM and distribution partners.<\/p>\n
Technical Governance <\/b>
\u2022 Ensure proposed solutions adhere to frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and relevant regional regulations.
\u2022 Provide post\u2011award technical hand\u2011over to project and support teams, remaining available for design clarifications.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Track emerging technologies (e.g., SASE, Zero Trust, AI\u2011enabled security) and advise internal teams on portfolio enhancements.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain up\u2011to\u2011date certification status and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n

Technical Depth: <\/b> Strong grounding in TCP\/IP, VLANs, routing, virtualization, high\u2011availability, backup\/DR, and security best practices.<\/p>\n
Certifications: <\/b> One or more of the following (or equivalent) is highly desirable\u2014CCNP\/CCIE, NSE4\u20117, PCNSE, VCP, CISSP.<\/p>\n
RFP Exposure: <\/b> Demonstrated success contributing to and winning enterprise or government tenders in the GCC.<\/p>\n
