Candidate Type &#8211; Expatriate. <\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview: <\/h3>\n<p>The Head of School is the academic and administrative leader responsible for implementing the school&#8217;s vision and mission managing faculty and staff ensuring IB program fidelity and upholding academic excellence and student well-being. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of the school&#8217;s strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a strong IB ethos aligned with the school&#8217;s mission and vision. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee curriculum planning and delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation in teaching and learning methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit retain and develop a high-performing team of educators and administrators. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct teacher evaluations and provide professional development aligned with IB pedagogy. <\/li>\n<li>Create a safe inclusive and nurturing environment for students. <\/li>\n<li>Support holistic development in line with IB learner profile attributes. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the school in public forums and build relationships with the community. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the school budget in coordination with the finance team. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee infrastructure admissions events and safety protocols. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
