We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director Internal Controls to join our senior leadership team in Dubai. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing the company\u2019s entire internal control framework. The successful candidate will be instrumental in safeguarding company assets, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness across the organisation. You will work closely with executive management and the board\u2019s audit committee to ensure robust governance and risk\u2011management processes are in place. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage the internal controls team, providing mentorship, guidance and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, analyse and mitigate financial, operational and compliance risks. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the design and testing of the effectiveness of internal controls across all business units and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the organisation\u2019s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present clear, concise reports on control deficiencies, risk exposures and remediation plans to senior management and the audit committee. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments\u2014including Finance, Legal and Operations\u2014to embed control ownership and awareness throughout the business. <\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives for the continuous improvement of control processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. <\/li>\n<li>Lead investigations into potential control breaches or fraudulent activities as required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field (Master\u2019s preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA is essential. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in internal controls, internal audit or risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>In\u2011depth knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk management principles. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in developing and implementing control strategies in a complex organisation. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership and team\u2011management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. <\/li>\n<li>Outstanding analytical, problem\u2011solving and decision\u2011making capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>High degree of professional ethics, integrity
