This leader will be responsible for driving sustained growth across strategic industries (Energy Oil &#038; Gas Utilities Telco Manufacturing Aerospace and Defense). You will drive execution excellence lead strategic engagements and orchestrate large complex multi-million-dollar wins while building a high-performance culture. <\/p>\n<p>This is a highly hands-on role requiring courage leadership and precision. <\/p>\n<h3>What Youll Do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build lead and inspire a team of Account Directors to consistently exceed targets <\/li>\n<li>Establish and drive the regional sales strategy aligned with industry focus areas <\/li>\n<li>Lead from the front coaching enabling and getting personally involved in strategic pursuits <\/li>\n<li>Drive large complex multi-stakeholder deal orchestration across industries <\/li>\n<li>Partner with GSIs and alliance partners to amplify IFSs market impact <\/li>\n<li>Build deep trusted relationships with CxOs across the Gulf region <\/li>\n<li>Create a winning culture of accountability excellence and customer-centricity <\/li>\n<li>Own pipeline generation forecasting territory planning and team performance <\/li>\n<li>Shape and influence internal initiatives to enhance sales processes and capabilities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p>What You Bring &#8211; Proven success leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in the Middle East (preferred) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years of experience in Leading enterprise software sales team with consistent achievement of aggressive growth targets <\/li>\n<li>Expertise across strategic industries such as Energy Oil &#038; Gas Utilities Telco Manufacturing Aerospace and Defense <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated history of orchestrating complex multi-million-dollar wins across strategic accounts <\/li>\n<li>Strong relationships with CxO and Board-level executives in the Middle east region <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with GSIs and alliance partners on complex pursuits <\/li>\n<li>High emotional intelligence resilience under pressure and the courage to challenge and inspire <\/li>\n<li>Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0625\u0636\u0627\u0641\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p>Why IFS and Why Now This is a role for leaders who drive transformation not transactions.
