Act as the change champion <\/li>\n<li>Drive consistency of end-to-end service operations and in full alignment with standards framework processes and policies. <\/li>\n<li>Champion the collaboration with various stakeholders to support overall Service strategies and needs by changing or improving current Service models structures processes tools technologies to optimize performance <\/li>\n<li>Jointly establish and ensure the implementation and execution of strategic growth initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement in the Service organization <\/li>\n<li>Work with the regional and global services team to align strategy based on key industry segments drivers <\/li>\n<li>Own the overall organizational capability and lead the development of workforce capabilities and capacity to implement the longer term Service roadmap. <\/li>\n<li>Drive competency and training development for the frontline team <\/li>\n<li>Recognize and identify potential areas where existing procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed especially regarding business process and organization alignment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What we look for <\/h3>\n<p><b>Required <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree MBA or equivalent academic qualification. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Service Operations Management with more than 15 years of relevant experience in the field <\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in operations and fulfillment in services business managing frontline team <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in delivering the strong results with strong accountability and say\/do <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate leadership ability to operate effectively in matrix structure with strong influencing skills <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate financial and business acumen with strong skills in customer relationship building and management <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and dealing with external customers and stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Business acumen to comprehend financial numbers and make significant contributions to development of business plans <\/li>\n<li>Strong people management team building performance management strategic and operations planning process management negotiation and relationship management skills <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and across direct management lines (in a matrix environment) <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated Customer Service mindset with business and financial acumen <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Experience: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Director <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-27 08:36:09<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-77756","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
