Based in Dubai you will work with C-suite leaders and technical teams to architect scalable secure and business-aligned data ecosystems across industries including government financial services energy and retail. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Lead Data Architecture Strategy: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Define enterprise and solution-level data architecture strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Design modern data platforms (data lakes warehouses lakehouses) on cloud (Azure AWS GCP). <\/li>\n<li>Champion data mesh data fabric or other advanced architectural patterns. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Engage with Business &#038; Technology Stakeholders: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Support data governance security lineage and catalog initiatives in partnership with Data Officers and CDOs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Architecture Delivery &#038; Oversight: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide design of scalable data pipelines (batch\/real-time) master data management and analytics layers. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee data platform modernization and cloud migration programs. <\/li>\n<li>Provide architectural governance and quality assurance throughout project lifecycle. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Team Leadership &#038; Capability Building: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and manage a team of data engineers and solution architects. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to internal knowledge assets accelerators and reusable frameworks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Client Engagement &#038; Business Development: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Support pre-sales and proposal activities by shaping data architecture solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Build trusted relationships with client executives and technology teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field. <\/li>\n<li>12 years of experience in data architecture data engineering or information management. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Cloud-native data platforms (e.g. Azure Synapse Databricks Snowflake BigQuery) <\/li>\n<li>ETL\/ELT tools (e.g. Informatica Talend dbt) <\/li>\n<li>Data governance tools (e.g. Collibra Alation Purview) <\/li>\n<li>Big data and streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka Spark) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of data modeling API management security\/privacy frameworks (e.g. GDPR NDMO). <\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex consulting or enterprise environments. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certifications in cloud (Azure AWS or GCP) architecture or data engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in the GCC region with clients in public sector banking or oil &#038;
